*PR on the BTN Split Jerk with 140 kilos...308lbs!!
Clean & Jerks felt like shit, I'm a bit tight up top
in my arms & upper body...too much benching. Def.
affects my rack position & fast elbows. My pressing
feels strong even though I didn't feel that spot on
that session.
