100 M Sprint: 2 sprints, rest 3 minutes
*Added 20# to my previous 20 rep squat, it's getting
quite heavy now! I was feeling pretty good today, DL's
felt strong...hit 441# for 3 singles with short rest. I've been
doing a lot of close grip benching to bring up my tri's. Using
rep out methods with different weight. Me and Sniper went out
to the track for some conditioning, then some 100 M sprints.
Back to the basics...straight sprinting and racing!!
