Standing Abs: 65 x 15/15
*Did some heavy incline today, hit 245# pretty easy but couldn't
lockout 255#. Sniper had no problems with 265#. Me and Sniper
went off with heavy deads, repeatedly hit 405# for multiple singles
and a final rep out. Lower back is completely lit up now but it's all good.
