205 x 15/45/45 sec, 225 x 20/40 sec
BTN Split Jerk: 185 x 1, 235 x 1, 260 x 1(belt)
Evening Session:
Forward Sled Drag: 100/144/188/232/276/320 x 150ft,
then dropset each plate back to 100#
*Sniper is CRAZY to da BONE!!!! He did a 50 rep back
squat with 225#, one set!! Then he ate a 50 rep chicken
McNugget box in one sitting.
