*I haven't been doing speed squats this past weeks, but
been doing box jumping for height. I've been hitting the 50"
with more confidence. I need to work on my olympic lifting, I
don't feel like I utilize my hips as much as I should. I got away
with being strong up top but now I'm not as strong. So now let's
utilize my explosiveness in my legs.
