*New PR in the Power Clean, almost lost it but
my quick instincts told me to save & recovery.
Hit a heavy single in the front squat & push press
as well. Not an all-time weight but good for the day.
Feeling strong these days & I'm even increasing my
volume with my workouts. I'm running more & doing more
conditioning to prepare for the sectionals/regionals this
March 15th. Happy training to me!
