Olympic Lifting/CrossFit:
42" Box Squat Jumps: 12"@6 x 2
GHR: 4 x 5
Cleans: 60/70/80/90kg x 3 singles,
100/110kg x 3 singles, 120kg x 1/F

*Completely murdered myself!! BW
was around 168-170 lbs but I used 175
pound #'s & rounded up a bit. The squat
cleans were the worst, It winded me the most.
Then my lower back was thrashed to the bone
during it, so it was hard to work through that. I
actually look forward in doing it again & getting
under 20 minutes.
