Strongman:
Back Squat(high bar): 285 x 20!
*20 rep Squats today, did this after the shift.
Warmed up with 135 & 225 then straight to
285. PR for me & a good indicator on where
my current level of preparedness is at. Everything
is on track, ready for Nationals this Friday &
Saturday. BeastMode here we come!!
