Rx: Sunday November 21st

CrossFit/Westside:
Strict Pull Ups: 15 x 5 = 75 reps
Ring Push Ups: 10 x 10 = 100 reps

Speed DL + AV Band: 100kg@8-10 x 1
18" Rack DL(RAW): 315 x 1/1/1, 405 x 1,
495 x 1, 520 x 1, 550 x 1

*Hella pull ups & push ups today to get the
blood flowin. Did some speed DL's with Matty
& went ME in the Rack Dead. Had a RAW PR
with 550 lbs, previous lift was with a belt @ 585.
