Wt. Decline Sit Ups: 25 x 8, 45 x 8, 55 x 8

Wt. Hangs(50#): 30 seconds
One Arm Hangs(BW): 4 x 15-20 seconds
Wt. Pull Ups(overhand): 50 x 5

*My grip was done for after the 800ft Farmer's walk.
Overhead Press felt good, I was trying to find
the best grip position for optimal power.
