Rx: Tuesday March 9th

Active Recovery:
3-Mile Trail Run: 23-25 minutes

Evening Session:
8-Wall Ball(20#)
8-Sit Ups
8-Burpees
AMRAP in 20 minutes: 15 RDS(20:12)

Tire Flip(600-700#?): 1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/4/1, rest 1-2 minutes

*BW is at 167.5#, the tire is heavy. I think it's more than 650#.
The
run wasn't that bad but it was very challenging for me.
