Farmer's Walk(100#s): 60, 45 sec-holds , 80ft trip
Handwalks: 2 x 30 steps
Ab Wheel(3/4-feet): 5/8/8
*Repped out 2 plates for 14 reps, it's been awhile since I did that.
I think the most I got was 21 or 22 reps when I was on a strict
Westside B routine and I weighed about 182-185#. My BW today
was 170# with Chuck T's on.
