*Couple of PR's today, front/back squat &
snatches! I feel smaller so wanted to do
more max effort days to get a lil swole. If
feel like it has helped me in getting stronger
than I ever before. Mix intelligently & try new
things & movements. 140kg = 308#, 150kg x 330#.
