Rx: Tuesday October 12th

Evening Session:

Snatch Balance: 75 x 3, 95 x 3,
135 x 2/1/F/1, 155 x 1, 175 x F/F/F,
165 x 1, 170 x F/1, 175 x 1, 185 x 1,
195 x 1, 205 x 1, 225 x 1, 235 x F/1

Overhead Squat: 185 x 6, 135 x 10
10ft Wall Ball(20#): 50!

*Thought this was gonna be a bad
night, 3 straight misses with 175 lbs.
I dropped the weight 10 lbs, focused
on my landing & feet position. Got my
mind right & worked my way up to heavier
weight. I ended up hitting 3 PR's that
workout with a final weight of 235 lbs.
