*Feelin good these days, programing is at its
best leading up to contest. Started taking a new
supplement a few days ago...Jack3d. Works well
so far, it has the essentials that I like: kre-alkalyn,
caffeine, beta-alanine, arginine & other stimulants
to get your CNS & muscles right! After the workout
I weighed out at 164 lbs, I haven't been this light
since I left for college which was post surgery days.
I've come along way since then, rebuilding my baby
shoulder & reconditioning my body to handle these
demands that I do today. For those who have goals
of what they want to be or where they would like to be,
it's a long journey that takes time. Consistent time in
the gym will pay off at the end, there's no short cuts here.
Be patient & allow for the progression of your training to
take you to the next level of your goals & desires. Again,
Be Relentless...
