Afternoon Session:
Reverse Hypers: 50/100/150 x 15
Max Reps Back Squat(high bar): 225 x 30/20
Max Reps Bench Press: 185 x 23/18
2 RDS:
*Lil rep out session today. Had quite the
pump in my upper & lower body. Wanted
to do 40 reps in the squat but wasn't feeling
it. So decided to hit it up again after bench
press. Although it was a short session, it
drained me after it was over.
