Lat Pulldowns 3x12 reps
Face Pulls 3x12 reps
Finally feeling better! Establishing the importance of stretching and proper warm up. Had a busy week, but got the call from BLEE. Was super pumped about the promotion for him I had to go bench. Overall I am figuring out what I need to do to succeed in and out of the weight room. Again Congrats Bro!!! Rep S.P. !!
