Back Squat(low bar): 60kg x 10/10/10/20/

Walking Lunge: 1 lap around gym
KTE: 60 reps total
*Leg thrashing at the end, hella squats today!
Got a good sweat from all the reps, top it off
with a walking lunge around the fitness floor.
I think it covered around 300-350 ft? 5 weeks
till Strongman Nationals...Ready for whatever!!
