*Working on Westside PL, trying to get
my DL & Squats up again. My DL position is
off when I get to heavy weight. My hips need to be
higher with more hamstring initiating the pull.
I think my shoulders are too far over the bar, its more like
a Clean position. I noticed some issues with my left side when
pulling, my hamstring and back are a little tight. Back to the
basics for the next month.
