Benji Rx: Tuesday January 12th

Skillwork:
Muscle Ups: 20 total

Stone Load: 180 x 25, 190 x 5, 210 x 3

Reverse Hyperextension: 25 x 25/20
Ring Rows: 20/20
Burpees: 30

*First time on the rings since my cert
in June. My first attempt was successful.
It bothers my left shoulder a little bit but
I gotta work on my stability and flexibility.
