8-Burpees
10-Sit Ups
10 RDS for Completion:
Air Squats: 10 x 20 reps, rest 30-45 seconds
*Taking it easy this week, I've been feeling a little
fatigued with the workouts & I've been having some
issues with my left knee. I squatted a shit ton last week
so now I'm paying for it. Just tying to still maintain my
conditioning that I've worked hard for.
