10 minutes Handstand push-ups: 38

Bonus Reps: 2 minutes Sit Ups: 53
*HSPU's were tough, I need to get stronger in them.
Squats were good, having trouble with my left knee.
I could of done more pull ups but wasted time getting chalk,
I should of "Trained in the RED!" Push Ups were a good
finisher, again I felt that my left shoulder was out
of position. Did Abmat sit ups at Sniper's, those are always
legit.
