*My upperbody was pumped up, I felt
like a bodybuilder again. Bench felt pretty
good even though I haven't benched in quite
sometime. My lats played a big role in my press,
they did most the benching. I used a reverse grip
on the pull ups, I seem to be more stronger in those
compared to the regular grip. Did a little running
after the WOD, running sucks, I NEED TO RUN MORE!
