*This was a really tough WOD, the squat cleans were the
worst & the run was actually not that bad. I had some
trouble with my pull ups, I couldn't get into a good
rhythm with the butterfly style, switched to kipping in
the last reps. Maybe I was just too fatigued
from the squat cleans.
