Banded Box Squats: 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 275x2, 315x2, 315x1 followed by 185x2 for 6 sets.
Kettlebell Bottoms up Press(35lb): 5 sets of 5 reps each arm. in between squats.
Rope abs: 4 sets of 12-15 reps
One Leg back extensions: 3x5
Back extensions: 3x12
Stepmill: 5 mins
