Hammer curls 3 by 8 reps / drop sets 60 by 5, 50 by 5, 40 by 5, 30 by 5, 25 by 5
Overhead triceps extensions 3 sets of 8 reps
Cable curls superset with cable triceps extensions 3 by 8 reps
Preacher curl machine superset with hammer strength dip 3 sets of 8 reps
Straight bar curls 3 sets of 8 reps superset with dumbbell regular curl
Sets of kipping pull ups 4 sets of 8 reps
