Chest~
Reverse Band Bench 2 sets at 225 for 8 reps/ 5 by 3 @ 335lbs
Incline Dumbbell (Palms in) 3 sets of 8 reps
Reverse grip flat bench 3 by 10 reps
Decline Hammer Strength Bench 4 sets of 12,10,8,6 superset with KB floor press 3 by 8 reps
Cable fly's 4 sets of 10 reps
