Crossfit Wod:
5 front squat
15 kettlebell swings
10 wall balls
4 rounds for time
6:45.....

250 jump rope
3 sets of 12 reps of abmat

Later Wod:
"Cindy"
5 pull ups
10 ring push ups
15 air squats
AMRAP 20 mins
16 rounds completed

today I did my first clapping kipping pull up....
