Iso Row- 3 sets of 8 reps
Upright row- 3 sets of 8 reps
Reverse curls- 3 sets of 8 reps
Lat Pulldown- 3 sets of 8 reps
Back extensions supersetted with butterfly sit ups
hammer curls 5x5
DB Row- 3 sets of 8 reps 80's
