*Got carried away when I was squatting. Some
Big fat sloppy dude was trying to tell me how to
squat, he said look up because I could hurt my
back. Yeah my back is killing me...I have a back
of steel like Diesel Weasel. That last WOD I did
crushed me, the Sott's Press is no joke. Other
than that, thanks to the fat dude with no idea what
he was talking about. He inspired me to go for it
in the squats.
