GUN DAY

Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 10 reps @50lbs
DB Roll backs: 3 sets of 12 reps @ 25lbs
Preacher curls: 3 sets of 8 reps
Hammer strength Tricep pressdown: 3 sets of 10
Cable rope curls: 3 sets of 7 reps
One arm cable tricep extensions: 3 sets of 10 reps
Tricep Rope pressdowns: 3 sets of 10 reps

700lb Tire Flip: 1 set of 4 reps, 1 sets of 3 reps.
