Afternoon Session:
Close Grip Bench: 225@5 x 5
Incline Press: 185@4 x 5
Floor Press: 185@3 x 8
Dips: 3 x 10
Facepulls: 3 x 12
Parallette HSPU: 5 x 3, rest 60-90 seconds
*Hit up another bench session after speed bench
yesterday. Wasn't feeling too bad once I got the
juices flowin. The parallette HSPU were tough, the
ROM was increased compared to the ground version.
I did put a 45 & 25 bumper plate to decrease the range
a bit.
