Rx: Wednesday July 21st

Afternoon Session:
Speed Box Squats + Lt Bands(3-peg): 185@8 x 2

5-Power Snatch(135#)
10-Wall Ball(20#)
5 RDS For Time: 6:29

*Warmed up the CNS with banded box squats.
Power snatches felt good until the 3rd RD, then
it was straight muscle snatches. Good met-con
though.
