Kettlebell Bench: 205lb 9 sets of 3 reps, followed by 295lb x2 reps
DB Flat bench: 100's for 8,5,5,5
Decline hammer strength: 3 sets of 10 reps
DB Rollbacks: 3 sets of 10 reps
Triceps pressdown: 3 sets of 10 reps
Hammer curls: 2 sets of 10 reps
