Late Evening Session:
Ghetto Interval Run: 2 long runs, 2 hill sprints,
~25 minutes, rest 3-5 minutes x 4
"Burpee Freestyle"
7-Burpees
21 RDS + 10-Burpees: ~12-16 minutes
*Did a hood run around the block with some
hill sprints. Came to the crib and freestyled some
burpees while listening to some music. Just did
sets of 7 to 3-4 songs. I ended up doing 157 burpees,
nice cardio!
